A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Cabernet Franc with fresh aromas of
raspberry and plum. An elegant, medium-bodied wine with integrated tannins and
a good finish.

Aged in 1 year old French oak for 14 months. Currants, raspberry, mint and potpourri
on the nose. Medium bodied, fresh and very tasty with
integrated tannins and very good finish. An elegant red, by-the-glass resto
friendly.Outstanding value. Have it with linguini in morel veal
jus and smoked duck and you will be in the seventh heaven. 4 stars out of 5.
